B2 gaming machines stake reduction

As previously reported, the stake reduction on B2 gaming machines from £100 to £2 will come into effect in April 2019

The statutory instrument confirming this, The Gaming Machine (Miscellaneous Amendments and Revocation) Regulations 2018, was made yesterday and will come into force on 1 April 2019.

An appropriate amendment will also to ensure that sub-category B3 gaming machines can continue to be distinguished from sub-category B2 gaming machines.
